Cootes Paradise
Location: Hamilton, Canada
We started on the pathway behind Brandon Hall, North Quad of residences at McMaster University, and ended up on the road leading up to Mary E. Keyes Residence in West Quad. My uncle saw a family of deers. The path was well maintained but mildly muddy from the spring weather. The trail was mainly in hardwood forest but also bordered the edge of a marsh and followed Spencer Creek.
