Ravenshoe Trails - Cry Baby

Brownhill Tract
Location: Georgina (York Region), Canada

We went to the Brownhill Tract mountain biking trails near our cottage. Six of us were on bikes, the rest of us walked the trail. We started off in the Ravenshoe parking lot and did a loop with the Skunk Loop and Cry Baby Trails. The floor was littered with pine cones and tree roots but it was easy to walk with closed toe shoes. The trail was muddy in some spots, but easily avoided by going into the forest a little bit. During one part of the trail, Uncle Henny even put down some branches for us so we wouldn't have to walk in the mud! That was really awesome.

It was windy and rainy all weekend. I`m really glad the long weekend finally showed us some good weather. It gave us a chance to be outdoors. I think everyone enjoyed the trail. Even the grandmothers loved it.

Look how happy the kids were just to run!
